Yalumba The Caley Cabernet - Shiraz 2019

Harmonious union of two esteemed grape varieties from two distinguished Australian wine regions. The Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from Coonawarra and Barossa, is fermented separately in open tanks with 'wild' yeasts. A 20-month aging process in new French oak vats and old French barriques yields a rich, concentrated, and full-bodied wine with a deep nose featuring black fruit, blood plum, black tea, and cedar. The texture is punctuated by herbal notes, dynamic tannins, and a fleshy texture, during the trail is long and inviting.

Rich, gentle encounter unfolds in this amazing vintage, with suggestions of warm spices, sweet vanilla, and a soft nuance of cinnamon.
