West Wind Vineyard Pinot Noir is crafted from grapes grown in a cool-climate region, benefiting from maritime breezes that preserve acidity and enhance aromatic complexity. The vineyard's location allows for a longer growing season, resulting in a wine with balanced fruit expression and subtle earthiness. Fermentation occurs in small batches to maintain varietal character, followed by aging in a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels to add structure and depth. This Pinot Noir is designed for those who appreciate a harmonious blend of red fruit flavors, soft tannins, and a refined finish.
