Walt Pinot Noir 2021

Walt Pinot Noir is praised for its rich, fruity profile with notes of cherry, raspberry, and black fruit. It offers a smooth, polished finish and is often described as versatile and easy-drinking. While some find it bold and jammy, others appreciate its balanced, nuanced character. A few mention a lack of acidity, but overall, it is considered a high-quality, enjoyable wine.

The Walt Pinot Noir presents a vibrant ruby hue, indicative of its youthful vigor. On the nose, it offers an intricate bouquet of ripe red cherries, wild strawberries, and a hint of forest floor, underscored by subtle nuances of rose petal and baking spice. The palate is elegantly structured, with a silky texture and well-integrated tannins that provide a seamless framework for its fruit-forward core. Bright acidity lends freshness, while a whisper of oak imparts a gentle complexity. The finish is long and refined, echoing the wine's harmonious balance and typifying the finesse of premium California Pinot Noir.
