What the web is saying

Wairau River Sauvignon Blanc is praised for its vibrant citrus and tropical fruit flavors, with notes of guava, passion fruit, and grapefruit. It offers a crisp and refreshing experience, ideal for warm weather. While some appreciate its bright acidity and clean finish, others find it slightly too acidic. The wine's minerality and herbaceous undertones add complexity, making it a versatile choice for seafood and light dishes.

Wairau River Sauvignon Blanc is a premium wine produced by Wairau River Wines, a family-owned winery located in the heart of Marlborough, New Zealand. The wine is made from grapes grown in the Wairau Valley, which is known for its unique terroir and ideal growing conditions for Sauvignon Blanc. The vineyards are carefully managed to ensure the grapes reach optimal ripeness and flavor development. The winemaking process involves gentle pressing and cool fermentation to preserve the delicate aromas and flavors of the grapes. The resulting wine is crisp, refreshing, and bursting with vibrant citrus and tropical fruit notes, making it a perfect pairing for seafood, salads, and light dishes.
