This distinguished Cariñena showcases a deep garnet hue, revealing a bouquet of dark plum and black cherry, underscored by hints of dried herbs and a whisper of graphite. On the palate, it presents a robust structure with finely-grained tannins and a vibrant acidity that elevates its fruit core. The mid-palate is layered with nuances of licorice and a subtle mineral edge, leading to a long, harmonious finish.
