Lean and full-bodied wine with a unique mouthfeel that's both chalky and soapy, with a silky mouthfeel that covers the mouthfeel and leaves a pleasing film. The profiles are a masterful seamlessness of sweet and tart notes, with nuances of ripe cherries, cranberries, and plums. The ending is long and satisfying, with a lingering aftertaste that leaves you craving another sip. A truly impressive wine that's sure to please even the most discerning palates.
Herny
A rich and evolved blend of Garnacha, Cariñena, Cab Sauv, and Syrah, aged in oak barrels for 10-12 months. The nose is centered around by meaty and gamey notes, with leather, cured meat, and sour black cherry. The aroma is intense and developing, with a strong boldness of cassis, crème de mure, and liquorice spice. The impression is dry and bold, with a black cherry and black raspberry character, accompanied by a Port-like hit of raisin and Christmas spices. The tannins are grippy, with a high alc and a long, spicy finish.
Bobdown
Consistent and gratifying worth for Priorat, with a full-bodied profile that exhibits the region's minerality and structural integrity.
