Ruke
The nose is led by by a decadent hay and earthy presence, with a hint of straw undertones. The tongue is similarly characterized, with hay still being the dominant flavor, accompanied by a delicate green apple note. The mousse is quite assertive, but its intensity is tempered by a brief, sharp bracing quality that quickly dissipates. The follow through is long and lingering, with a lingering echo of acidity.
