Multi faceted and exciting wine with a unique character. The initial layers of roasted mushroom pate and ciabatta were somewhat one-dimensional, but the addition of Cajun salmon and herb butter brought a welcome complexity and complexity. However, as the wine oxidized, it transformed into a strong and resinous experience, with notes of burnt metal and pineapples emerging. A surprising and thought provoking conclusion.
