The tropical aromas are a perfect complement to the spicy Thai food, and the sweetness of the mango and peach nuances is a fantastic match for the dish. The alcohol content is barely noticeable, and the lack of bitterness is a welcome surprise. I'm a firm believer that wine should be enjoyed on its own, but I'm happy to pair this with the spicy tastes of Thai cuisine. It's a match made in heaven, and I highly recommend it.
