Rich and interesting nose, with a delicate minerality and a smoky undertone, giving way to a intense and smooth mouthfeel on the palate. The tones of licorice, vanilla, and tamarind mingle harmoniously, balanced by the bold and meaty accents of flank steak, impeccably suited to the Argentinean style.
Korobov
A consistent union of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, with a rich and evolved profile that features the best of both varieties. The aromatic olfactory profile is highlighted by the sweetness of ripe black fruit, and yet the sensation is accompanied by the subtle nuances of ripe forest berries and a touch of pepper. The ending is long and satisfying, with a nuanced toasted and smoky note that adds strength and sophistication to the broadly experience.
Kadian Konorip
Still a solid choice. A family friend's mom sent a bottle to Canada with her son, providing a detailed and fascinating aroma. Rich, inky fruit and purple suggestions mingle with blackcurrant and chocolate, as smooth, full-bodied suggestions unfold on the palate. gentle tobacco and smoky hints add depth, even by the weight of savory, bacon-like undertones. The tail is dry and velvety, with a lingering tannin presence.
