Sherese
Evolved and alluring wine with a rich, savory character. The spicy and licorice touches are a memorable feature, bringing a unique and exciting experience. The dry, slightly briny taste is a departure from the typical fruit-forward style of Montepulciano, and the high tannins add a sense of profile and depth. The tactile quality is surprisingly light, making this a wine that is both inviting and engaging. However, I must admit that I find it difficult to connect with this particular wine, and I believe that it may be a better fit for a different style of Montepulciano.
