WINE DESCRIPTION
Valderiz Valdehermoso Joven is made from grapes are picked from vineyards planted in Ribera del Duero appellation in the community of Castilla y León. The vineyards are certified organic and totally free from any artificial fertilizers or chemical treatments. The grapes are whole cluster fermented with light extraction in stainless steel vats. Skins are removed before the fermentation is complete to further minimise extraction and create a lightly tannic, approachable and fruity style of wine.

This Valderiz Valdehermoso Joven has a medium ruby appearance.The wine is a bright and lively with aromas of black cherry, blackberry and plum complemented by notes of dried herbs and hints of earthiness. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with fresh acidity and soft, supple tannins that support the juicy black fruit and herbal notes of sage and rosemary. The wine is fruit-forward and relatively simple, but shows good balance on the medium length finish.
