Nuanced wine tasting unfolds, with bold layers and a rich, gentle texture. The nose is surprisingly subdued, with traces of sweetness and a mild fruitiness. The nuances of blueberry, cherry, and a trace of oak add profoundness and complexity. This wine was a thoughtful gift, bringing a touch of elegance to the table.
Jahvon
Bold and full-bodied wine with a deep, intense color and a sophisticated mix of dense berries and bramble flavors. The aftertaste is supple and creamy, with a nuanced wisp of booze and a touch of creaminess. It's a mind-blowing pairing for red meat, in particular prime rib, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it ages over time.
Min-Seok Nitkowski
Rich, full-bodied wine with a deep, opaque color and a detailed nose that combines mineral accents with earthy undertones. The consistency is smooth and velvety, with a prominent fruit profile that showcases black fruit, currant, and blackberry flavors, at the same time subtle hints of rye toast and brown sugar add body and warmth. Overall, a wine that is both intense and approachable, with a love for it that surpasses expectations.
