Tsai Vineyard Chardonnay is crafted from grapes grown in the cool, coastal climate of California, where the Pacific Ocean's influence ensures a long growing season with balanced ripeness and acidity. This Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh fruit character, with a portion aged in French oak barrels to add subtle complexity and texture. The result is a wine that showcases vibrant citrus and stone fruit flavors, complemented by a hint of vanilla and a crisp, clean finish. Ideal for those who appreciate a well-structured, fruit-forward Chardonnay.
