Torii Mor Dundee Hills Select Pinot Noir

The nose is a voluptuous and rewarding experience, with a concentrated and opulent jammy sweetness that's both soft and refined. The texture is similarly rounded and balanced, with a subtle sweetness that's tempered by a wisp of earthy undertones. The hints are reminding of ripe stone fruits, with a particular emphasis on strawberry and raspberry notes. The ending is medium in length and smooth, with a understated dryness that lingers. The in total feeling is one of a beautifully aged wine that's both elegant and refined, with a bold and rewarding color that's a testament to its age.

Balanced blend of dense fruit suggestions and light acidity, expertly cohesive to create a silky and refreshing experience.

2013 Willamette Valley wine, aged for 5 years, is a 'good' wine, but its lack of density and finesse is a disappointment. The nose is bright, with aromas of cranberry, blueberry, strawberry, and smoky notes, but the tail is thin and lacking in layers of flavor. It's a drinkable wine, but not particularly elegant.
