Well-balanced and easy-drinking red wine with a mineral and earthy profile, featuring blackberry notes.

What the web is saying

Tolaini Al Passo Toscana is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile with notes of blackberry, cherry, and plum, complemented by oak and leather undertones. While some appreciate its smooth texture and balanced tannins, others find certain vintages lacking complexity. The wine pairs well with hearty dishes, offering a satisfying finish. Its earthy and spicy nuances are well-regarded, making it a versatile choice for various occasions.

Voss Experts4.3

This Tolaini Al Passo Toscana is an elegant and complex red blend from Tuscany, Italy. It has a beautiful ruby hue in the glass and aromas of ripe red fruit, dried herbs and licorice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and lush with flavors of blackberry jam, crushed violets, forest floor, and a hint of sweet spice. The tannins are velvety and well-integrated, and the finish is long and lingering. Enjoy this delightful red with braised short ribs and roasted vegetables.
