The wine's color is a pale straw hue, with a delicate pear and green shade on the nose. Upon tasting, the citrus tones of lemon and lemon peel emerge, accompanied by a trace of bitterness. The trail is clean and refreshing, leaving a long lived impression.
Zait
Refreshing and clean wine with a dry, fruity character, featuring touches of yellow apples and pears, paired by a light warmth of ginger, baking spice, and a trace of salinity on the finish. Its pairing with red snapper is a seamless match, with the wine's liveliness cutting through the richness of the fish.
