On the nose, the Blindfold Blanc de Noir offers enticing aromas of ripe tropical fruits, such as pineapple and mango, along with hints of citrus and floral notes. These aromas are complemented by subtle oak nuances, adding complexity to the wine. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with a creamy texture that coats the mouth. Flavors of juicy stone fruits, like peach and apricot, mingle with zesty citrus flavors, creating a harmonious balance of sweetness and acidity. The wine's extended aging on lees contributes to its creamy mouthfeel and adds layers of complexity.

We are 50+ wine professionals (sommeliers, buyers, MW candidates) across the US, UK, France, Greece, Italy, and beyond. We review wines via blind tastings with a standardized rubric, using both 100-point and 5-star scales.
