Mrrrk
Voluptuous and full-bodied wine with a intricate and lively character, featuring suggestions of citrus, apple, tropical fruit, herbs, and minerals, well integrated by a long dry finish. A unified blend of 80%, 15%, and 5% of Carricante, Catarratto, and Minella Bianca, respectively, from the Etna region. Excellent pairing with pasta and salmon.
Dashi
Refreshing and bright wine with a pale yellow color, graceful acidity, and a medium body. The flavor profile features undertones of green apple, honey, minerals, and citrus, with a fresh and fruity character that's reminiscent of fresh fruit and vegetables.
Margel
Decent effort, but the trail could benefit from a more well blended integration of the off-yeast elements, which detract from the wine's zesty freshness.
