Delightful Grüner Veltliner. We stumbled upon this winery though visiting a nearby wine producer and discovered a hidden gem. This Smaragd GV is one of their three single vineyard GVs, boasting a concentrated and mineral-driven profile. A nuanced smell of honey and quince, with a bracing and vibrant flavor featuring a strong mineral undertone. The aftertaste is long and persistent, making it a superb favorite for those desiring a mineral-driven white wine.
