A luminous pale straw hue introduces this vibrant Sauvignon Blanc, which exudes a bouquet of freshly cut grass, lime zest, and passionfruit, underscored by a subtle minerality. On the palate, the wine is crisp and invigorating, with a precise acidity that frames its core of ripe gooseberry and green apple flavors. A whisper of wet stone adds complexity, leading to a clean, lingering finish that echoes with citrus and a hint of herbaceousness. This wine exemplifies the quintessential characteristics of a well-crafted Sauvignon Blanc, offering both immediate appeal and a nod to its varietal purity.
