I am thoroughly delighted with this wine, which exhibits a lean citrus and pear profile, accompanied by a mild effervescence. Additionally, the wine displays a dash of faint yeast and a touch of vanilla, adding intensity and complexity to its generally character.

This Pinot Grigio receives praise for its vibrant citrus notes, balanced structure, and fulfilling finish, though some find it occasionally overstated. Reviewers highlight aromas of pear, melon, and floral hints, with appreciation for its gentle effervescence. While many enjoy its crisp character and food pairing versatility, a few note inconsistencies across vintages.
Sturm Pinot Grigio presents a pale straw color that hints at its delicacy and refreshing nature. On the nose, there are inviting aromas of crisp green apple and juicy pear, intertwined with subtle notes of citrus zest and a delicate floral undertone reminiscent of acacia. The palate is vibrant and lively, showcasing a well-balanced acidity that dances gracefully on the tongue. Flavors of ripe stone fruits, such as peach and nectarine, emerge, complemented by a whisper of minerality that adds depth.
