Sterling Vineyards Vintner's Collection Cabernet Sauvignon NV

Sterling Vineyards Vintner's Collection Cabernet Sauvignon is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile, featuring dark fruit, vanilla, and oak notes. While some enjoy its smooth, velvety texture, others find it lacks depth and complexity. The wine is often described as a good value for its price, making it a reliable choice for everyday drinking. However, a few reviews mention a lack of sophistication and an overly sweet finish.

This Sterling Vineyards Vintner's Collection Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied and bold offering. On the nose, there are aromas of dark currant, plum, cassis, and blackberry, rounded out with notes of coffee and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is well-structured and balanced, with juicy flavors of dark fruit, coffee, and forest floor. The tannins are mellow and velvety, leading to a long, lingering finish. Enjoy this robust and complex Cabernet Sauvignon with grilled steak, roasted lamb, or a rich tomato-based pasta dish.
