Stemmari Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium-bodied and robust red wine with aromas of dark fruits, such as blackberry and black currant. On the palate, it has flavors of dark chocolate and black cherry, with hints of liquorice and vanilla. The tannins are smooth and the finish is long and fruity. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a great example of the Sicilian winemaking style, with its earthy and herbal notes shining through. Enjoy this wine with a grilled steak or a hearty pasta dish.

The Stemmari Cabernet Sauvignon receives mixed feedback, praised for its full-bodied profile, black fruit notes, and good value. While some appreciate its soft tannins and well-balanced structure, others find it average or lacking distinctiveness. Highlights include versatility for gatherings and consistent mentions of dark berry flavors.
