The wine was bottled too soon, and its appearance is quite cloudy, which is not what it's supposed to be. The bubbles are semi-sparkling, but they're not what I'd expect from a wine of this type.

Voss Expert tasting note
Displaying a vibrant ruby hue, the Smallfry Jellyfish Grenache captivates with an aromatic bouquet of ripe red cherries, wild strawberries, and a hint of white pepper, underscored by subtle floral nuances.

Surprisingly similar pleasure to the adult version of Yakult, with a richer, more intricate flavor profile. The color is a deep, bold ruby with a hint of purple, but the tactile quality is opaque and pale. The flavor is a delightful cohesion of sweet and tart notes, with suggestions of raspberry, cherry, and dried plum. The fermentation process has imparted a gentle spiced and stewed plum flavor, likely due to the whole bunch method. The tannins are well-balanced, and the tartness is pleasant, with a slight effervescence upon opening. The fermentation process has also introduced a healthy dose of beneficial bacteria, making this a truly unique and zesty beverage. The organic and biodynamic production methods have clearly paid off, resulting in a truly impressive product.

It is a decent wine, but it doesn't distinctly stand out or impress. It's a fairly average product that meets its purpose, but it doesn't leave a lingering impression.

Smallfry Jellyfish Grenache offers a unique experience with its sweet and tart notes of raspberry, cherry, and dried plum. Some appreciate its well-balanced tannins and slight effervescence, while others find it cloudy and bottled too soon. Its organic production is praised, but opinions vary on its distinctiveness and clarity.
Displaying a vibrant ruby hue, the Smallfry Jellyfish Grenache captivates with an aromatic bouquet of ripe red cherries, wild strawberries, and a hint of white pepper, underscored by subtle floral nuances. On the palate, it reveals a medium-bodied structure with silky tannins and a refreshing acidity that harmonizes beautifully with its juicy core of red fruit flavors. The wine's complexity is further enhanced by a whisper of earthiness and a touch of anise on the lingering finish. This Grenache exemplifies the finesse and balance characteristic of top-tier Barossa Valley expressions, offering both immediate appeal and potential for short-term cellaring.
