Voss Expert tasting note

The Simon Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep garnet hue, indicative of its robust character. On the nose, it unveils a complex bouquet of cassis, black cherry, and a hint of graphite, underscored by well-integrated cedar and vanilla from oak aging. The palate is full-bodied and structured, with firm yet polished tannins providing a solid backbone. Layers of dark fruit and subtle spice unfold, balanced by a vibrant acidity that ensures freshness. The finish is long and persistent, echoing notes of dark chocolate and a whisper of dried herbs. This wine exemplifies the quintessential elegance of a classic Cabernet Sauvignon.
