Opaschi Greiling
Rich, gentle touch with a subtle sheen. Aromatic accents of rich fruit, spices, and vanilla unfold, during a nuance of oak and nutmeg adds depth. The mouthfeel is dry, with a smooth, rounded finish. A well-balanced blend of fruit, acidity, and tannin, with a noticeable alcohol presence.
Kaizer Didden
Rich, full-bodied red wine with a deep, bold color. The nose is noted for by a lively, fresh perfume of various fruits, offering strawberry and cherry. The flavor is piquant and focused, with a medium-bodied texture. The trail is clean and well-balanced, with a understated sweetness and a lingering berry aftertaste. Overall, a well-crafted red wine with a smooth, graceful finish.

I recently rated this one, but it's on my flight. It's undoubtedly stunning in its own unique way. I'm looking forward to becoming a fan of this amazing wine.

Seven Hills Merlot is praised for its rich fruit flavors, smooth texture, and well-balanced blend of acidity and tannins. Common notes include blackberry, plum, vanilla, and chocolate, with some finding it harmonious and elegant. While some appreciate its complexity and depth, others feel it can be overpowering and lacking finesse. Overall, it is a well-regarded Merlot, suitable for pairing with red meats.
This Seven Hills Merlot is a classic example of Washington state Merlot. It has bold aromas of dark fruits, cassis, and cocoa, with hints of fresh herbs and cedar. The palate is smooth and round, offering flavors of blackberry, plum, and earthy spices. The finish is long and lingering, with a touch of oak and cocoa. This is a well-balanced, full-bodied Merlot that is sure to please.
