What the web is saying

Selvapiana Chianti Rufina Vigneto Bucerchiale Riserva is praised for its rich and full-bodied character, with notes of cherry, leather, and oak. While some appreciate its smooth tannins and balanced acidity, others find certain vintages lacking depth. The wine's earthy undertones and fruity aromas are consistently highlighted, making it a versatile choice for pairing with various dishes.

Voss Experts4.3

This is a stunning Italian red wine with a deep ruby hue. It has aromas of dried cherries, blackberry, and baking spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with intense flavors of ripe dark fruit, leather, licorice, and earthy minerals. It is well-structured, with a lingering finish of black currants and flinty oak. Enjoy now or cellar for up to 10 years.

We are 50+ wine professionals (sommeliers, buyers, MW candidates) across the US, UK, France, Greece, Italy, and beyond. We review wines via blind tastings with a standardized rubric, using both 100-point and 5-star scales.
