Santa Julia La Vaquita Clarete Natural is a vibrant, dry wine crafted from a blend of red and white grape varieties grown in the Mendoza region of Argentina. The vineyard benefits from the region's high altitude and sunny days, which contribute to the grapes' balanced acidity and ripe fruit flavors. This wine is produced using minimal intervention techniques, with fermentation occurring naturally in concrete eggs to preserve the purity of the fruit. The resulting clarete offers a fresh, fruit-forward profile with a light body and a crisp finish, ideal for those seeking a natural and refreshing wine experience.
