Bold and full-bodied wine with a deep, inky color. Allow it to age for a few minutes to fully appreciate its layered flavors, which include inky tobacco hints and smooth tannins. A long, rewarding conclusion makes this a stellar pairing for opulent pasta dishes.
Altavese
Rich, plush wine with a deep, inky hue. The glass is generously filled, with a substantial weight of legs that add to the comprehensively volume. On the nose, the wine presents a subtle, muted character, with subtle flavors of dried fruit and earthy undertones. The tannins are well-integrated, providing a smooth, structured foundation. The impression is thick and indulgent, with a peppery initial note that gradually yields to a juicy, fruit-forward middle. The ending is long and satisfying, with a creamy texture that lingers. Overall, this wine is a masterclass in balance and refinement.
