Ruggeri Argeo Prosecco Brut Rosé is produced from in the north of Italy from the Glera and Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) varieties. On arrival at the winery, Glera is press of fthe skins and vinified in stainless steel temperature-controlled vats to preserve the bright fruit character. The Pinot Noir is vinified in contact with the skins for about 4-5 days to extract color and aromatics that will be used as the blending component in the final wine. After a slow fermentation in large closed containers to give the wine its effervescence, they are are aged on fine lees before being bottled under pressure to give a bright fruit-forward wine with a lively mousse.
