Wine with a dry, earthy character, featuring notes of cherry and leather.

Rich red wine with a nose of blackberries and a accent of spice, but its thin and unremarkable consistency makes it a utilitarian choice. even as it may not be a top notch in the cellar, it can be salvaged in a pinch and is right for cooking.

What the web is saying

Robertson Winery Cabernet Sauvignon is praised for its rich, full-bodied character and well-balanced flavors, featuring notes of blackberry, plum, chocolate, and oak. While some appreciate its smooth tannins and supple texture, others find it too plum-forward. The wine offers good value for its price, with a pleasing finish and a versatile profile that pairs well with various dishes.

Voss Experts3.8

Robertson Winery Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium-bodied red wine with aromas of black cherry and currant. The palate is fleshy and juicy, with a hint of smokiness and a long, lingering finish. It has an elegant structure and complexity that pairs well with grilled meats and hearty dishes. Enjoy this one now, or cellar it for a few years to let the flavors meld together.
