Rimarts Martinez Cava Brut Nature Rosé is praised for its crisp, refreshing character and elegant pink hue. While some appreciate its lively citrus and red fruit notes, others highlight its smooth, buttery aroma. The cava's minerality and balanced acidity are well-regarded, though opinions vary on its complexity. Overall, it offers a delightful, accessible sparkling experience with a refined finish.
This Cava presents a delicate ballet of pale salmon hues, offering a visual prelude to its aromatic complexity. The nose is a refined bouquet of wild strawberries and red currants, underscored by a subtle hint of rose petal and freshly baked brioche. On the palate, it reveals a precise, linear structure with a vibrant mousse and a mineral-driven backbone. The dry, crisp finish is accentuated by a whisper of citrus zest and a lingering note of crushed stone. This Brut Nature Rosé exemplifies the finesse and elegance characteristic of top-tier Cava, making it a benchmark for the style.
