Agoschton
A pleasant, easy-drinking Riesling with a fruity and floral character, ideal for casual occasions. A good bargain for its price, around $14. The nose is centered around by touches of honeysuckle, tree, and citrus, with a note of beeswax and rubberband. The sensation is fruity, with a mix of melon, pear, apricot, and ginger honey, although it lacks a touch of acidity. The follow through is dry and balanced, with a wisp of citrus zest and pith. Overall, a solid elite for a warm evening or a light meal.
