Rabble Sauvignon Blanc is praised for its crisp, clean profile with tropical fruit and citrus notes. While some appreciate its vibrant acidity and minerality, others enjoy its softer floral and pear nuances. The wine's balance of sweetness and tartness is highlighted, with a medium mouthfeel that invites lingering. Its complexity and earthy finish also receive positive remarks.
A vibrant expression of Sauvignon Blanc, this wine presents a pale straw hue with a glint of green. The nose is an aromatic tapestry of zesty lime, freshly cut grass, and a hint of passionfruit, underscored by a subtle minerality. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, with a pronounced acidity that elegantly frames flavors of green apple and gooseberry, leading to a clean, refreshing finish. This wine exemplifies the varietal's hallmark vivacity and is a quintessential representation of its regional terroir, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a classic, invigorating Sauvignon Blanc experience.
