A profound expression of Ribera del Duero, Quinta Sardonia Q showcases a deep garnet hue, indicative of its concentrated nature. The bouquet unfurls with layers of blackcurrant, ripe plum, and an intriguing hint of graphite, underscored by subtle notes of cedar and dark chocolate. On the palate, this wine is full-bodied and impeccably structured, with velvety tannins and a vibrant acidity that harmonize seamlessly. The finish is long and complex, echoing nuances of dried herbs and mineral undertones. This wine is a benchmark for modern Spanish reds, offering both immediate pleasure and potential for aging.
