Priest Ranch Sauvignon Blanc

Priest Ranch Sauvignon Blanc is praised for its full-bodied and lively character, with notes of citrus, pear, and tropical fruits. While some appreciate its crispness and refreshing quality, others find it lacks acidity. It pairs well with seafood and creamy pasta dishes, offering a harmonious experience with hints of herbal undertones and subtle sweetness.

The 2022 Priest Ranch Sauvignon Blanc presents a luminous straw hue, revealing a vibrant bouquet of lime zest, white peach, and subtle elderflower. On the palate, it showcases a precise balance of racy acidity and a rounded, mineral-driven texture, underscored by notes of green apple and a hint of gooseberry. The mid-palate is enlivened by a touch of salinity, leading to a crisp, clean finish with a whisper of citrus pith. This wine exemplifies the quintessential Napa Valley expression, offering both freshness and complexity, making it a compelling choice for those seeking a refined, terroir-driven Sauvignon Blanc.
