Well-balanced wine with a fresh and clean nose, featuring suggestions of cherry, dried rose, and tar. On the palate, the tannins felt a bit young and rough, with a relatively short finish. even as it may not have reached its full potential, it shows promise and could benefit from aging.

Pio Cesare Barbaresco is praised for its rich, full-bodied character with notes of cherry, forest floor, and oak. While some find the tannins smooth and well-integrated, others report them as young and rough. The wine's complex flavors often include floral and herbal undertones, with a long finish. It shows potential for aging, enhancing its depth and balance over time, though some vintages may feel astringent or one-dimensional.
This Pio Cesare Barbaresco is an elegant, balanced wine with aromas of ripe red cherries, cranberries, and spices. On the palate, there are flavors of red fruit, black pepper, and earthy notes. It has a medium body, firm tannins, and a long, smooth finish. Enjoy now or cellar for a few years to let the flavors further develop.
