WINE DESCRIPTION
Pezat Bordeaux Blanc Sec is a Sauvignon blanc dominated blend with a small proportion of Muscadelle that add roundness and a floral lift. The vineyards are located on the hilly region south of the Dordogne River. The grapes are harvested by hand at night before being transferred to the cellar. A soft pressing is followed by a cool fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks aimed to retain vibrancy of fruit.
