Peter Zemmer Pinot Nero is crafted in the Alto Adige region of northern Italy, where the cool alpine climate and diverse soils contribute to its distinct character. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a careful fermentation process in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the varietal's delicate aromas. A portion of the wine is aged in oak barrels, adding subtle complexity and structure. This Pinot Nero offers a balanced expression with bright red fruit flavors, moderate acidity, and a smooth finish, making it an approachable choice for those who appreciate refined, cool-climate reds.
