Perlat Perlat Blend is crafted in the Montsant region of Catalonia, Spain, where the Mediterranean climate influences its rich, fruit-forward character. This red blend typically includes Garnacha, Cariñena, and Syrah, offering a harmonious balance of ripe berry flavors and subtle spice. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh fruit profile, followed by aging in oak barrels, which imparts a gentle complexity and smooth texture. Designed for immediate enjoyment, this blend showcases the vibrant expression of Montsant’s terroir, making it an approachable choice for those exploring Spanish red wines.
