Anzai

Rich, full-bodied wine with a bold garnet hue, its nose is powered by by the sweet and fruity aromas of blackberry, ripe cherry, and dried plum, with a nuanced trace of oak spice and cedar box. The palate is marked by a velvety and smooth texture, with a mild level of zest and a firm tannic structure, providing a sense of equilibrium and freshness. The suggestions are well-integrated, with the blackberry and cherry touches emerging in the mid-palate, during the cedar box adds a mild substance and complexity. The finish is long and satisfying, with a dash of smoke and leather, and a promising future for aging.
