Nigei Nache
Voluptuous and layered wine with a deep flavor profile, featuring dried red fruits such as strawberry and cherry, smooth by understated suggestions of Brett, garrigue, and thyme, and yet maintaining a soft and polished structure with a mild level of liveliness and tannins, resulting in a contenting and long-lasting finish.
Pei-Shan
Elegant and elegant Chateauneuf du Pape, exhibiting a cohesive evenness of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre, yielding a opulent 15% ABV. The wine's dense red tint is a testament to its complexity. The mouthfeel is luscious, with a round and soft texture, featuring a delightful array of juicy fruits, showcasing plums, cherries, and strawberry, accented by gentle spices and herbs. The ending is long and satisfying, making this a stonking quality for its price.
