Peay Savoy Pinot Noir 2020

I adore Peay. Every bottle possesses a unique essence. I am enamored with Savoy. Only a handful of vineyards have access to Peay. Peay is the pinnacle of excellence.

Solid Pinot, but lacking refinement and elegance, falling short of Littorai's high standard. This one is more pronounced, with fruit-forward characteristics and a noticeable oak presence. even as it has solid acidity, it fails to deliver the same level of freshness and longevity as the best in its category. The nose is notable, with cherry being the most prominent red fruit. Overall, a decent effort, but not quite up to par.

Symphony of fruit and earthy undertones, with a delicate balance of freshness and soft tannins. The follow through is long and juicy, with a lingering echo of strawberry sweetness.
