Ovis Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

This deep garnet-hued Cabernet Sauvignon exudes a bouquet of cassis, black cherry, and graphite, underscored by subtle hints of cedar and forest floor leaf, indicative of its classic varietal expression. On the palate, the wine reveals a robust structure, with firm yet polished tannins providing a framework for the concentrated dark fruit core. Nuances of cocoa and a touch of eucalyptus add complexity, while a vibrant acidity ensures balance and a lingering finish. This wine exemplifies the quintessential characteristics of a well-crafted Cabernet, promising both immediate pleasure and potential for graceful aging.
