The One Stone Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon is a remarkable wine with the classic characteristics of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. With its deep ruby color, this wine immediately captivates the eye. On the nose, it offers an enticing bouquet of blackcurrant, blackberry, and plum, accompanied by subtle hints of cedar, forest floor, and vanilla. On the palate, the One Stone Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon displays a full-bodied and well-structured profile. The ripe black fruit flavors harmoniously intertwine with notes of dark chocolate and espresso, adding complexity and depth to the wine. The tannins are firm yet velvety, providing a smooth and elegant mouthfeel. The wine finishes with a lingering persistence, leaving a pleasant aftertaste that invites another sip. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a fantastic choice for those who appreciate bold and robust red wines. It pairs exceptionally well with grilled meats, such as a juicy ribeye steak or a succulent lamb chop. Additionally, it can be enjoyed on its own, allowing you to savor its rich flavors and impeccable craftsmanship.

Unique, low-alcohol Paso Robles Cabernet with an earthy, high-toned nose. The fruit-forward entry is well integrated by plush tannins and a touch of sweetness. accents of dark cherry, blackberry, and tobacco leaf are prominent, with a mild nuance of lavender and oak spice. The liveliness is moderate, and the trail is short but satisfying, with a pleasant, interesting quality.
