Bright and refreshing pale apple wine with a consistent stability of apple, vegetable, and grapefruit flavors, supported by a dry and fresh finish. The wine's zest cuts through its richness, leaving a clean and lean aftertaste. Overall, a well-balanced and welcoming wine.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Olema Chardonnay, and my partner was willing to take a chance on it. Surprisingly, it exceeded my expectations. It's a California vineyard that successfully imported French fruit and produced a wine that closely resembles the New Zealand SBs. Bravo!
Kyja
Clean and bracing white wine that offers a delightful citrus and pear profile, with a smooth honey sweetness and a touch of straw undertones. Its medium-light body and medium liveliness make it a impressive offering for the price, with a soft tart aftertaste that will leave you wanting more.
