What the web is saying

Odette Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile, with notes of dark fruit, oak, and smooth tannins. While many appreciate its complexity and smooth finish, some find certain vintages overly bold or dry. The wine's ability to age well is noted, with flavors of blackberry, plum, and subtle spices consistently highlighted. It's a favorite for special occasions and pairs well with hearty dishes.

Voss Experts4.3

Odette Estate Cabernet Sauvignon offers aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and cassis, with a hint of forest floor leaf and cedar. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, with a good concentration of ripe dark fruit flavors, balanced by firm tannins and hints of chocolate. The finish is long and lingering, with a subtle sweetness and notes of black licorice. Enjoy this bold and complex Cabernet Sauvignon with a variety of robust dishes.
