What the web is saying

Noah River Cabernet Sauvignon is praised for its rich berry and fruit flavors, smooth texture, and oak influence. While many appreciate its deep, complex aromas of chocolate and forest floor, some find the 2021 vintage lighter and less traditional. The wine's affordability and compatibility with mild cheeses are noted, though it may lack the complexity expected by some Cabernet enthusiasts.

Voss Experts4.5

Displaying a deep garnet hue, the Noah River Cabernet Sauvignon offers an aromatic profile of cassis, black cherry, and graphite, underscored by subtle notes of cedar and forest floor leaf. The palate is robust and structured, with finely grained tannins providing a firm backbone to the wine's concentrated fruit core. Hints of dark chocolate and espresso emerge mid-palate, leading to a long, savory finish with a touch of dried herbs. This wine exemplifies the quintessential characteristics of a classic Cabernet Sauvignon, showcasing both power and elegance, and is poised for graceful aging over the next decade.
