Nine Oaks Saperavi

A wine that defies expectations, showcasing a unique aromatic profile that sets it apart from its taste.\n\nNose: Earthy, herbal, and slightly sweet, with a complex array of botanicals and spices.\n\nPalate: Fruity, with a rich, velvety tactile quality and a satisfying finish.\n\nIf the bottle has been open for an extended period, the aromas of cured meat and toasted pumpkin seeds may become overpowering, whereas the green beans and toasted almonds may take on a toasted almond flavor.\n\nBody, acidity, and tannins are well-balanced, providing a soft and graceful sipping experience.\n

A sophisticated and engaging wine, with a opulent and layered character. The deep ruby tint is matched by a robust and intense aroma, while the blackberry and prune touches add a sense of richness and complexity. The tannins are well-balanced, providing a smooth and pleasing finish, and yet the acidity adds a vibrant touch.

The wine's earthy shades are deeply rooted, though its bold composition is balanced by cedar undertones and a voluptuous plum flavor profile.
